Who I am
Twenty-five years in tech taught me how to build product organisations. Burnout taught me everything else.
I built product organisations from the ground up, led teams through successful exits, navigated complex integrations, and sat at the exec table for decisions that shaped companies.
I was very good at it. I was also slowly destroying myself to do it.
I'm a Highly Sensitive Person. For most of my career, that felt like a liability — something to hide, manage, and apologise for. The hiding worked, until it didn't. Burnout didn't end my career. It ended the version of me that was running from myself.
What followed was the most difficult and most important work of my life. And it is the foundation of everything I do today.
